Night/Afternoon-Of-Show: Performances in the Mainstage Theatre and Earlynn J. Regular priced tickets can be purchased at the main box office (Main Lobby, first floor). Cash, major credit cards, and JACards are accepted. One discounted student ticket per ID, per event can be purchased at the upstairs box office (Grand Lobby, second floor), starting 1 hour and 30 minutes prior to a performance and up until 20 minutes after the performance begins. Night/Afternoon-Of-Show: Select Music Performances in the Concert Hall and Recital Hall One ticket per ID, per event can be purchased during regular business hours, Monday to Friday from 10 am to 5:30 pm, at the main box office (Main Lobby, first floor). This causes long lines at the box office and late seating. Please do not wait to purchase tickets at the last minute. The box office does not offer refunds or exchanges.
